UK Shipping

We currently deliver customer orders within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Small Parcel services.

Standard UK Delivery — £3.95
Typically sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery aim of 2–3 working days after dispatch.

UK Express Delivery — £4.99

FREE UK delivery on orders of £35 or more.

Orders of £40 or more will also receive a free gift, such as Sangria Pens calendars or stickers, while stocks last.

Delivery times are estimates and may take longer during busy periods, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.

International Orders

We currently do not offer international customer delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your Sangria Pens order.

UK consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.

To request a cancellation or return, contact hello@sangriapens.com with your order number and details of your request.

Where applicable, refunds will be provided in accordance with UK consumer law. Customers may be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods where permitted by law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact hello@sangriapens.com as soon as possible with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

We'll review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, which may include a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
