UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Small Parcel services.

UK delivery: £3.95
UK Express Shipping: £4.99

Orders are typically dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery aim of 2–3 working days after dispatch.

FREE UK delivery on orders of £40 or more.

As a thank you for larger orders, customers spending £40 or more will also receive a free gift, while stocks last.

Delivery times are estimates and may take longer during busy periods, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using Royal Mail where available.

International shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout based on the destination and service available.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Sangria Pens order.

For online purchases, UK consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To request a cancellation or return, please contact us at hello@sangriapens.com with your order number and details of your request.

Where a customer exercises their statutory cancellation right, we will provide the applicable refund in accordance with UK consumer law. The cost of returning unwanted goods may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@sangriapens.com as soon as possible with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, which may include a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
