Where We Deliver

Sangria Pens currently delivers customer orders within the United Kingdom only.

International customer delivery is not currently available.

UK Delivery

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Small Parcel services.

Standard UK Delivery — £3.95
Orders are typically dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery aim of 2–3 working days after dispatch.

UK Express Delivery — £4.99

Available delivery services will be displayed at checkout.

Free Delivery

We offer FREE UK delivery on orders of £35 or more.

The qualifying order value is calculated at checkout.

Free Gift

Customers spending £40 or more may receive a complimentary Sangria Pens gift, such as a calendar or stickers, while stocks last.

Free gifts are subject to availability and may vary.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as promptly as possible.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may take longer during busy periods, bank holidays or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant postal service.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact hello@sangriapens.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delivery Problems

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact hello@sangriapens.com with your order number so we can investigate.

If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.
